Cancellation Policy

Bookings Conditions & Cancellations We look forward to welcoming you on board our famous lifeboat, but please ensure when you make your booking you are able to attend as we are unable to offer refunds at this time and there is insufficient time to re-allocate your selected time slot to other visitors. We will however, where possible find an alternative time/date. Lifeboat 5202 Limited accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury caused whilst on board. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding. Lifeboat 52-02 Tour & Talk Safety Information We have purposely kept the numbers to eight people at any one time to ensure everyone's safety. By booking on line and allowing a space between talks, this will reduce queues and allow us to clean the areas of the boat that are handled regularly. In the interests of all, please do not come on board if you are feeling unwell or suffering from any symptoms of COVID 19. Lifeboat 5202 has the right to cancel/postpone a talk for a particular guest if they are displaying any symptoms of ANY infection. Where this occurs, a new mutually agreeable talk date will be provided instead of a refund. Please ensure you bring your own face mask to be worn inside the boat. A hand sanitiser station is available for our guests to use, before climbing on the boat and off again at the conclusion of the talk. When you booked you would have provided a contact number and email address. We will keep this for two weeks to comply with contact and trace, unless you wish to subscribe to Lifeboat 5202 in order to receive updates on the progress and activities of the Sir William Arnold. Where possible, we will maintain a safe distance between all people on board. Disability Access Unfortunately, by the nature of the lifeboat design, this makes access to the decks and below decks impossible for wheelchair users, prams, pushchairs and strollers and unsuitable for persons with restricted mobility. Registered assistance dogs are welcome on board, however the design of the lifeboat will make access to some of the areas below deck impossible. It is recommended that those with restricted mobility or with small children do not access the engine rooms or difficult step access. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Toilets We regret that there are no toilets on board, so we recommend you make your own arrangements prior to your visit. The talk will start promptly at your allocated booked visit time. First Aid There is a first aid kit on board the Sir William Arnold in addition to a defibrillator. Thank you for taking the time to read this document, we look forward to seeing you on board the Sir William Arnold.
